Nathan Sawaya’s ART OF THE BRICK exhibition is created with millions of LEGO building blocks and is unique in its scope which ranges from new conceptual pieces to replicas of iconic classical artwork. Sawaya, a NY based artist, is the first artist to ever take LEGO into the art world. Amongst the 75 Lego Sculpture in the Exhibit is Yellow-a man ripping his chest open (above) and a 20ft Tyrannosauras Rex. Although September seems like a long way off, the exhibition has been hugely popular in every city that it visits, so you might want to get tickets now, however early.
