The first production of 2014 at the Landor theatre will be a revival of American musical comedy No Way to Treat a Lady, based on William Goldman’s best selling novel that became an Academy Award-winning movie.
From the Landor “No Way to Treat a Lady is a theatrically charged musical comedy thriller about a publicity crazed actor and the endearing detective who persistently pursues him. Take a seat and watch in anticipation as Detective Brummell of the NYPD chases a murderous master of disguises through New York City, unravelling a complex tale involving an Irish priest, a Spanish dancer, a French waiter, a pizza delivery boy and a pair of dominating mothers! A darkly hilarious musical full of twists and turns, No Way to Treat a Lady is a devilish blend of humour, romance and murder.”
“Terrific! Hilarious! Dynamic!”
