A few months ago i read an article about how New York’s Mayor Bloomberg is eager to take London by storm. Today’s news from the archaeological site under his under-construction London office tower will certainly result in visibility for Bloomberg.

The finds so far indicate that this is one of the largest archaeological finds ever in the UK. Over 8,000 artefacts have been found at the site, which has been named “The Pompeii of the North”.
