I’m immersed in Claire Tomalin’s Charlies Dickens: A Life and there are many things going on in london catering to Dickens enthusiasts to celebrate the Bicentenary of his birth.  Until June 2012 you can visit the Dickens in London exhibit at the Museum of London.  According to the Independent this is “the best celebration of Dicken’s legacy”

Something a little bit more esoteric is the Wreathlaying Ceremony at Westminster Abbey | Charles Dickens Museum.Wreathlaying Ceremony at Westminster Abbey
