It does seem strange to start posting events for Spring 2012, but it so happens that quite a few things are coming up. Elvis Costello is arriving in London with his tour that The Los Angeles Times described as “the kind of uniquely invigorating experience that warrants a buzzword all of its own; inspiring.”
An overture of five uninterrupted rock and roll tunes announces Elvis Costello and the Imposters to the stage, after which members of the audience are invited to spin the gigantic vaudevillian contraption to select the next song.
Fortune may deliver such hits such as Oliver’s Army, Shipbuilding and Watching The Detectives, hidden gems from the Costello songbook including Town Cryer or tunes by The Rolling Stones, Johnny Cash and, of course, Bob Dylan’s This Wheel’s On Fire.
“Three hours of hilarity, musicality, and unabated joy” St. Louis Post-Dispatch
